This is a pivotal role within their business, providing essential administrative support to the sales team and ensuring the smooth and efficient progression of customer applications and documentation. The successful candidate will be methodical, proactive, and take pride in producing accurate work to a consistently high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team
- Preparing, processing, and maintaining customer documentation with a high level of accuracy
- Managing internal systems and ensuring all records are kept up to date
- Liaising with clients, lenders, and external partners to obtain information and progress applications
- Monitoring the progress of cases and following up on outstanding requirements
