New Leaf Search has partnered with an international provider of business-to-business financial solutions in its search for an Internal Account Executive.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced internal sales or account management professional to join a leading international asset finance business. Working closely with Business Development Managers, introducers and vendor partners, you will support new business generation, manage deal flow and help drive profitability across key sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage proposals and lease submissions from enquiry through to payout
  • Support Business Development Managers and key client relationships
  • Develop relationships with customers, introducers and vendor partners
  • Maintain disciplined CRM and pipeline management
  • Price transactions in line with commercial and risk guidelines
  • Support credit proposal preparation and initial credit assessments
  • Coordinate with Risk, Asset Management and Commercial teams
  • Provide sales support and act as a key internal contact point
  • Produce forecasting, reporting and pipeline updates
  • Support process improvements and operational enhancements

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in internal sales, account management or sales support within asset finance or leasing
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills
  • Good understanding of leasing structures, pricing and deal flow
  • Commercially aware with strong organisational capability
  • Experience managing multiple transactions simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and financial services environments
  • Knowledge of credit assessment and lending principles advantageous
  • Proactive, adaptable and team-oriented approach

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing. You will also require relevant IN-COUNTRY experience; without which, your application will NOT be considered.

Salary range from £60,000 – £90,000 depending on experience, on target earnings are plus 40% of salary with excellent commission opportunities.
