Our client is the UK financial services arm of a global blue chip business. They are looking for an experienced asset finance sales exec to join their head office team based near Slough. This role is ideal for a commercially focused internal sales professional who already has a solid grounding in asset finance or leasing and is ready to take ownership of relationships, pipeline management and deal execution.

Working in close partnership with Business Development Managers, introducers and key vendor clients, you will play a critical role in driving new business, maximising profitability and supporting the delivery of growth objectives. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, has strong relationship and stakeholder management skills, a good understanding of the asset finance market and the ability to work as part of a fast paced and dynamic team.

Responsibilities
  • Own relationships with clients, manage pipeline and drive deal execution in asset finance/leasing.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers, introducers and vendor clients to accelerate new business and profitability.
  • Support delivery of growth objectives through proactive account management and cross-selling opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Experience in asset finance or leasing with a track record in internal sales or relationship management.
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.

Location: near Slough, UK.

Benefits: £27,000 – £30,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Additional salary details and exact package depend on candidate and company.
