About the role
£38-42k plus bonus, company car, discounted second car and excellent benefits. Our client is a motor finance division of a major European bank, working with multi branded dealerships across the UK. Through internal promotions and new headcount we are looking for Area Sales Managers to manage and develop a portfolio of existing dealerships, maximising F&I opportunities through regular reviews, training whilst providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the sale and promotion of the company’s products and services into the respective geographic region.
- Responsible for achievement of targets within the territory and for management and development of retailers.
- To identify new business opportunities and provide workable profitable solutions to maximise these opportunities.
- To provide finance solutions for the respective retailers, ensuring growth in profitability and penetrations, and to develop all aspects of the Finance and Insurance process and development within the geographic zone.
Qualifications
We are keen to speak to candidates who have experience in a similar role within motor finance, or a similar sector, or from dealer based Business Managers with a stable track record of sales success, ideally from within a franchised dealer environment.
