Our client, a leading asset financier for whom we have placed over 50 staff since 2000, are seeking an additional Relationship Manager to join their highly successful manufacturing asset focused sales team. Your role is to identify and prospect for new direct or dealer driven manufacturing asset finance business typically in the SME & SMB space and across a sales area of Milton Keynes, St Albans, Peterborough, Cambridge and surrounding areas.

Targets are very reasonable and reflect the strong new business nature of the role. Typically £6m of volume at the right selling rates would deliver your annual profit margin target. You will be expected to largely self-source your own business but will be supported by management. We will be happy to share details of the margin target and typical selling rates etc with suitably qualified applicants. A detailed job description is available to share with qualified applicants.

Candidate Profile

To apply you must live on the sales area and must have a background in direct driven asset finance. Those with experience of financing manufacturing assets are of particular interest; however, our clients are pragmatists, any hard asset direct asset finance background e.g. transport, construction materials handling, agriculture is acceptable. Whatever your background, we are seeking genuine new business hunters who have the skills to cold call, canvass and close. We are also seeking those that do not need to be the cheapest on price to succeed.

Excellent career potential exists; 4 of the group's current Sales Directors joined via us and all in origination roles similar to this!
