James George Recruitment is working closely with a well-established Tier 2 Asset Finance Funder that is continuing to grow strongly. With a genuine appetite to lend and a flexible approach to funding, they are expanding their broker-facing sales team and are now looking to appoint a Broker Manager covering Manchester and the North West of England.
They are particularly keen to speak with candidates who want to progress with their careers – you may for example be an Internal Broker Manager currently or in Direct Sales at a Funder but would prefer your route to market to be via Brokers. This is a pure sales role, focused on developing and growing introducer relationships. You will be responsible for proactively engaging with asset finance brokers, onboarding new partners, and educating them on this Funder’s products and credit appetite to drive a consistent flow of quality proposals into head office.
Key requirements:
- Some sales experience within the asset finance sector. This could have been gained externally or based from an office but you must be keen to go external.
- Strong outbound sales capability and relationship-building skills.
- A background working for an Asset Finance Funder (applications from brokerage backgrounds unfortunately can’t be considered).
In return, you’ll be joining an ambitious and forward-thinking Funder offering genuine autonomy, strong support, and completely uncapped earning potential. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career with a business that is investing in growth.
We would also be interested in hearing from more experienced candidates and perhaps looking for a salary of £60,000 plus package, so please get in touch.
