This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading international asset finance business within a dynamic underwriting and risk environment. You will be responsible for assessing and underwriting flow business transactions, analysing credit risk and supporting strong governance across multiple business channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse credit data and financial statements to assess risk exposure
- Underwrite small ticket and flow business transactions
- Review credit agency reports, broker information and market intelligence
- Assess structured and cash flow lending transactions
- Prepare clear and concise risk recommendations and underwriting reports
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal credit policies
- Monitor and review existing customer and vendor portfolios
- Support front office teams with credit guidance and transaction structuring
- Maintain accurate risk systems and portfolio data
- Contribute to process improvement and ongoing development initiatives
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in credit underwriting or credit analysis
- Experience within asset finance or financial services environments
- Strong analytical and financial assessment capability
- Good understanding of small ticket and flow underwriting
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commercially aware with sound risk judgement
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and high attention to detail
- Self-motivated, organised and team-oriented
We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing. You will also require relevant IN-COUNTRY experience; without which, your application will NOT be considered.
