Location: UK, Greater London / Surrey (Hybrid).

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the external communications strategy for a leading international asset finance organisation. Working closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications, you will be responsible for developing and delivering integrated marketing and communications programmes that support business growth, strengthen brand awareness and enhance engagement with customers, introducers, brokers and industry stakeholders. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on delivery across digital marketing, PR, social media, website management, external communications and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver integrated external communications and marketing programmes
  • Drive brand awareness through digital marketing, PR, media relations and social media campaigns
  • Create engaging content including articles, case studies, news releases and marketing materials
  • Manage external communications channels, including website and LinkedIn
  • Support sales teams with marketing collateral, financial promotions and campaign activity
  • Build relationships with media, industry associations and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver communications aligned with business objectives
  • Support introducer, broker and dealer communications programmes
  • Manage external communications budgets and campaign performance
  • Ensure all communications comply with brand and regulatory guidelines

Candidate Profile

  • Proven B2B marketing and communications experience
  • Excellent written communication and content creation skills
  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media and website management
  • Experience working with PR, media relations and external communications
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Excellent project management and organisational abilities
  • Able to manage multiple priorities within a fast‑paced commercial environment
