Are you an experienced Bridging Finance Business Development Manager looking to join a well-funded, relationship‑led specialist lender with the autonomy to make an impact?

We’re recruiting on behalf of an established principal lender with an outstanding reputation for delivering fast, pragmatic lending decisions and exceptional service across the bridging and development finance market.

With a strong appetite for growth, this is an excellent opportunity to develop and manage key intermediary relationships while originating high‑quality lending opportunities.

The Role

  • Develop and grow relationships with bridging finance brokers, introducers and professional property developers.
  • Originate new bridging finance opportunities across your region.
  • Structure funding solutions in collaboration with internal underwriting and credit teams.
  • Manage deals from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring an exceptional broker experience.
  • Represent the business at industry events and proactively identify new business opportunities.

About You

  • Proven success in a Business Development role within bridging finance or specialist property lending.
  • Strong network of broker and intermediary relationships.
  • Excellent knowledge of bridging finance products and the property finance market.
  • Commercially astute with strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive and passionate about delivering outstanding customer outcomes.
