New Leaf Search is partnering with a specialist Asset Finance provider in its search for a Recoveries Manager .
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recoveries professional to take ownership of insolvency and recovery activities across an established Asset Finance portfolio, helping to minimise losses while delivering excellent customer outcomes.
Working within a fast-paced collections environment, you will manage complex recoveries, liaise with legal and insolvency professionals, oversee recovery strategies and contribute to continuous improvements across the recoveries function.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage insolvency events and recovery activities across the portfolio.
- Identify trends and implement effective recovery strategies.
- Manage external legal fee administration and recovery processes.
- Maintain accurate case records and recovery reporting.
- Oversee provisions, reconciliations and contract termination activities.
- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve recoveries performance.
- Liaise with solicitors, insolvency practitioners and receivers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Build effective relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Person Specification
- Proven experience managing recoveries and problem debt within Financial Services.
- Strong knowledge of insolvency processes and debt recovery.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical and administration skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Strong organisational and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work effectively both independently and within a team.
We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services, particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
