This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading international asset finance organisation, developing new business across the manufacturing equipment sector. We are looking for a proactive business developer with a proven ability to originate and win new business with manufacturers, suppliers and end‑user customers. You’ll build long‑term relationships while delivering asset finance solutions that support investment in manufacturing equipment and production assets. This is a home‑based role with UK travel and excellent long‑term career development opportunities.
Location: UK, England (Flexible Location) (Remote).
Salary: £80,000-£120,000 plus uncapped bonus with accelerators and excellent benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business within the manufacturing equipment sector
- Build relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, introducers and end customers
- Generate opportunities through prospecting, networking and industry events
- Structure and negotiate asset finance solutions
- Deliver sales and product training to key partners
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Achieve sales and profitability targets
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders
Candidate Profile
- Proven Asset Finance or Commercial Finance business development experience
- Strong manufacturing equipment finance background preferred
- Strong understanding of leases, hire purchase and loan structures
- Commercially astute with excellent negotiation skills
- Self‑motivated and target driven
- Comfortable travelling throughout England
