New Leaf Search has partnered with a multi-national asset finance company in its search for an Internal Account Manager. Excellent salary, bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Thames Valley / South East England (Office).

The Role

This is a key relationship management role focused on supporting and developing commercial partner relationships within a fast-paced asset finance environment. You will act as a central point of contact for partners and customers, managing deal flow, supporting applications and ensuring a high-quality customer experience across the full transaction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Support partners in promoting leasing solutions to end customers
  • Manage deal flow through credit approval processes
  • Engage customers throughout application and assessment stages
  • Maintain regular contact through meetings, calls and email engagement
  • Support and train partners on internal platforms and tools
  • Manage pipeline activity to support forecasting and performance
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and reporting
  • Analyse customer and performance data to identify trends and improvements
  • Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the process

Candidate Profile:

  • 4+ years’ experience in B2B account management or internal sales
  • Experience within asset finance, financial services, e-commerce or technology
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills
  • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities and complex processes
  • Understanding of leasing structures, pricing and deal dynamics
  • Experience supporting partners or vendor channels advantageous
  • Line management experience beneficial

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing. You will also require relevant IN-COUNTRY experience; without which, your application will NOT be considered.
