This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and dynamic organisation within asset finance, supporting the collections function in delivering professional, customer-focused outcomes while maintaining strong credit discipline and risk controls.
The successful individual will work within an experienced collections team, managing customer relationships, supporting recovery strategies and ensuring effective resolution of outstanding accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer communications across the collections lifecycle with a professional and solutions-focused approach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Support collections strategy through effective telephony engagement and negotiation.
- Assist in systems and process development to improve operational efficiency.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while protecting company interests.
- Maintain accurate records and support reporting requirements.
- Previous collections experience within financial services preferred.
- Strong telephony and relationship management skills.
- High emotional intelligence with a customer-first mindset.

Full training and mentoring will be provided within a supportive and collaborative environment.
