Our client is a well-established and growing Asset Finance Brokerage seeking an Internal Account Manager to join their successful team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships whilst managing the administration and documentation required to support finance transactions.
The Role
As an Internal Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting clients throughout the finance process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience. Working closely with clients, lenders, and internal stakeholders, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships and ensuring transactions progress smoothly from initial enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and finance providers
- Managing finance applications and supporting documentation
- Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and in line with compliance requirements
- Liaising with lenders to obtain updates and progress applications
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients throughout the process
- Following up on outstanding information and documentation
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving client queries efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records within internal CRM systems
- Supporting the wider sales and account management team where required
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in an account management, customer service, administration, finance, banking, or brokerage environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Professional and client-focused approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Experience within asset finance, commercial finance, banking, or financial services would be advantageous but is not essential
