New Leaf Search is partnering with a leading European financial services group in its search for a Broker Manager on an 18-month Fixed-Term Contract

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Asset Finance professional to join a respected lender and take responsibility for developing and managing broker relationships across the M25 region.

Ideally based in Surrey, you will focus on originating new Asset Finance business through intermediary channels, strengthening existing broker relationships and identifying new introducer opportunities.

This is a highly autonomous role suited to a commercially focused business developer who enjoys building long term partnerships and delivering outstanding service.

The Role

  • Develop and manage broker relationships across the M25 region.
  • Generate new Asset Finance business through intermediary channels.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing broker partners.
  • Identify and convert new introducer relationships.
  • Structure and negotiate Asset Finance facilities for business customers.
  • Manage opportunities from initial enquiry through to completion.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Deliver exceptional service to brokers and customers.
  • Represent the business within the Asset Finance and broker marketplace.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience within Asset Finance, Leasing or Commercial Finance.
  • Previous Broker Management, Business Development or Relationship Management experience.
  • Strong understanding of the UK broker introduced Asset Finance market.
  • Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills.
  • Commercially aware with a proven ability to originate new business.
  • Self motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Full UK driving licence.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services, particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.

Relevant in-country experience is required; applications without it will not be considered.
