The predicted salary is between 32000 - 42000 £ per year.
£38,000 to £42,000 plus bonus and benefits. Our client is an award winning provider of asset finance offering a broad range of products to their customers. Well established and based in central London, they are looking to recruit a Collections Officer within their Asset Finance team.
The successful candidate will support the Collections Manager in all collection activities within the Asset Finance Department to include:
- Arrears collection
- Debt recovery
- Sub hire audit function
- Liaising with the Banks’ internal credit team and outside panel of solicitors
You will:
- Actively manage daily returned payments to reduce and prevent customer debt
- Have the ability to effectively manage busy workflow and identify key objectives
- Assist in monitoring the performance of the portfolio of over 6,500 live accounts
- Close liaison with any professional advisers/brokers/valuers/recovery agents
- Support Collections Manager in all collections activities within company policy guidelines and as directed by Senior Manager
- Ensure customers are treated fairly and FCA regulations are adhered to
Previous arrears or collections experience is essential as are excellent customer service skills.
