Our client is an award winning and rapidly growing business looking for a Collections Manager. I am looking for a motivated individual to lead and optimise the performance of the Early Collections function by delivering effective, compliant debt recovery strategies that balance commercial performance with positive customer outcomes.
This role provides strong leadership to the team (two Team Leaders, broader team of approx. 10 collectors), uses insights to enhance performance, and works collaboratively across the business to ensure efficient process development, regulatory adherence, and the achievement of agreed KPIs and business objectives.
It is essential you have demonstrable experience of managing a Collections team.
Β£50,000 β Β£75,000 plus excellent uncapped bonus and benefits.
