Collections Manager – London – one day a week

Our client is an award winning and rapidly growing business looking for a Collections Manager to cover an 18 month Fixed Term Contract. I am looking for a motivated individual – Collections Management experience is essential. The successful candidate will have good initiative, be willing to learn and work well in a team environment as well as autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Chase customers for outstanding balances
• Work closely with other teams
• Report into Head of Collections
• Provide reporting to Head of Collections
• Manage the Collections Team day to day
• Monthly reviews (1-2-1’s)
• Monthly Quality assurance
• Assisting with high end cases and litigation Recovery cases alongside Head of Collections
• Ensuring process documents are up to date
• Keeping shared monthly reporting sheets accurate

£45,000 – £55,000 basic with OTE of £85,000-£100,000+ plus Car and Benefits.

£55,000-£75,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits.

£80,000-£120,000 plus uncapped bonus with accelerators and excellent benefits.
