You will be responsible for
Mitigate Losses : Engage early with customers experiencing financial difficulty using proven collections and recoveries strategies.
Empathetic Communication : Manage sensitive customer conversations confidently via telephone, post, and email.
Assess Circumstances : Use structured questioning and income/expenditure analysis to fully understand customer situations.
Empower Customers : Clearly explain available repayment options and signpost independent sources of debt advice.
Support Vulnerability : Identify vulnerable customers early to ensure an exceptional level of care and additional support.
We are looking to speak to candidates who have a Proven background in collections, debt recovery, or financial services and have an understanding of vulnerable customer guidelines and ethical lending practices.
£30,000 – £40,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits.
