Our client is a globally recognised brand within the asset finance market place who are looking to recruit a business development manager within their specialist vendor finance team within the Northwest.
The role will predominantly a new business development role establishing and developing relationships with re-sellers and vendors within the soft asset market place.
Responsibilities include
- Building and developing new relationships with manufacturers, distributors and vendors across sectors including Telecoms, IT, Smart Devices, Mailroom, CCTV, Smart Buildings and Recycling Solutions.
- Creating, managing and executing a targeted new business development strategy.
- Identifying new market opportunities and developing a strong sales pipeline.
- Generating leads through client meetings, networking, social selling, outbound activity, trade exhibitions and industry events.
- Working collaboratively with the Sales Manager to identify target sectors, suppliers and customers
- Presenting and promoting the benefits of leasing and vendor finance solutions to prospective partners.
- Conducting customer meetings, presentations and commercial negotiations.
- Delivering product and sales training to partners to increase engagement and finance penetration.
- Re-engaging existing customers and partners to reignite growth opportunities.
We are looking to speak to candidates with experience within asset finance, vendor finance, leasing or a related commercial finance environment, with strong knowledge of products such as Leasing, Hire Purchase and Business Loans.
Along with strong business development and account management skills.
