To £110k + excellent bonus, company car + corporate company benefits package. We have a rare and interesting opportunity for our client who is a very strong name in the UK asset finance market. They are looking for a Business Development Director to join their specialist lending division, where business is largely introduced via broker partners, and is typically large ticket with deals to £10m and average deal size of £1.5m.

You will be responsible for acquiring and developing key broker relationships and subsequently managing the lifecycle of the new business transaction, to include end customer visits, involvement in pricing, documentation, structuring and packaging complex and structured credit submissions, working closely with credit and legal teams.

We are looking for individuals who have a background in business development/relationship management/credit who can demonstrate experience of structuring more complex asset finance deals, with excellent technical skills and the ability to build strong relationships externally to board level and internally with key stakeholders across various business functions.
