We are currently looking for an experienced and driven Broker Manager to manage and develop our asset finance broker network across Scotland. You will be responsible for developing new business throughout Scotland, focusing on maintaining relationships with existing broker partners while proactively identifying and onboarding new ones.

Acting as the primary link between our credit team and your broker network, you will review finance proposals, ensure deals align with our lending criteria, and deliver competitive pricing to secure new business. You will also educate your partners on our evolving products to maximise submission quality and consistently hit monthly volume and profitability targets.

Ideally, you will have a proven track record within the asset finance or asset-based lending sector, backed by an established network of broker contacts throughout Scotland. In addition, we require a professional with strong financial skills who can confidently structure new financial deals.

Salary: c£50,000 with excellent bonus and benefits. Anticipated salary range £100,000, realistic earnings of £200,000 with totally uncapped potential. Plus excellent benefits.
