Excellent Basic salary plus uncapped commission. James George Recruitment has partnered with a highly successful Commercial Finance Brokerage, which also has an affiliation to a leading International Accountancy Firm, in their search for an additional Business Development Director. As a BD Director, you will have access to over 150 Lenders in the market with Clients ranging from SMEs to international Businesses. They pride themselves on their exceptional service offered to Clients, which has enabled them to gain their enviable reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster strong relationships with Partners at the Accountancy firm within your territory, enabling some of your client portfolio to be “ready‑made”.
- Generate your own introductions from a range of introducers.
- Gain a clear understanding of a Client’s funding needs to identify the correct Funder for each opportunity.
- Collate all information from the client and package it to the Lender smoothly and in an appropriate timescale.
- Ensure a strong appreciation of Credit throughout the process.

Qualifications & Expectations
- Excellent ability to quickly grasp client funding requirements and match them to appropriate lenders.
- Strong credit appreciation and handling of credit processes.
- Experience in sales professional or broker role.
- Strong relationship building capabilities.
Benefits
- £50,000 – £75,000 plus excellent uncapped bonus and benefits.
- £66,000 – £85,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits.
- £90,000 with uncapped OTE £150,000 and excellent benefits.
