Our client is a blue chip name in the UK financial services sector. They have an exciting opportunity for a customer services exec to join their head office team based near to Slough.
The role is responsible for ensuring that all customers receive an outstanding service throughout the lifecycle of their financial agreement with the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Effectively liaise with internal and external customers by telephone, letter and e‑mail in response to queries.
- Respond to all customer queries and requests in an accurate and timely manner.
- Process transfer requests, financial amendments and refund requests on customer contracts within appropriate time‑scales.
- Ensure Customer Records are kept up to date and accurate.
- Pro‑actively support other team members in the delivery of outstanding Customer Service, e.g. taking calls and sharing workloads during peak periods.
We are keen to speak to candidates who have a proven background in providing excellent customer service to both external clients and internal stakeholders. Financial services experience is a distinct advantage, however most importantly you will be well organised, a team player, self‑motivated with excellent attention to detail.
