The Product & Business Development Manager will lead a team of five and play a key role in driving business growth with the team by developing new finance products and expanding our opportunities into the wider market. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new customers, creating innovative product solutions to meet future demand, and contributing to overall revenue and income growth.

In this role you will:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with meeting the company vision for financing infrastructure and driving the shift to a more sustainable future.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments to drive revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team to deliver on key projects and initiatives.
