New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading provider of funding solutions to UK businesses in its search for a Broker Manager.

UK, North of England (Remote)

Key Accountabilities

• Win, develop, and nurture relationships with brokers to provide asset (soft & hard) and financial solutions to their customers
• Attend broker meetings and maintain regular communication to maximise new business opportunities
• Conduct reviews on broker performance and identify areas for improvement
• Actively participate in cross‑selling initiatives to develop group opportunities and attend product meetings
• Provide training and business support to brokers to ensure detailed proposal information is supplied
• Maintain thorough knowledge of internal credit policy and processes
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales Support, Risk, Documentation) to ensure smooth deal flow
• Represent the company at industry and networking events to promote hard asset and group products

Person Specification

• Minimum 5 years’ experience within the Asset Finance industry
• Excellent working knowledge of leasing/HP solutions and balance sheets
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
• High attention to detail with sound understanding of regulatory requirements (AML, GDPR)

£26,000 – £34,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits.
