New Leaf Search is proud to partner with a leading multi-national asset finance company in its search for aCommercial Syndication Executive.

Overview:
This pivotal role supports the Commercial Director in driving forward development activity, identifying and qualifying new opportunities, and delivering completed leasing transactions. You’ll also assist with projects related to syndication and future acquisitions, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across legal, compliance, and finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Commercial Director across a range of strategic and transactional duties
• Contribute to syndication activities and associated project work
• Identify, assess and support new development opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor market trends and provide reporting and MI
• Act as a change agent, operating effectively in a fast-paced environment

Required Experience & Skills:

• Proven commercial awareness, including pricing, returns, and Excel capability
• Finance industry background (ideally in asset finance/leasing)
• Strategic mindset with strong delivery focus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisation and ability to manage tasks independently or as part of a team
