About the Role

This key leadership role involves shaping the organisation’s sales strategy, driving performance, and identifying new business channels. The successful candidate will also take direct ownership of key accounts, ensuring strong commercial relationships and consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy aligned with growth objectives.
2. Lead and manage the sales team to deliver high-performance results.
3. Identify and develop new business opportunities and sales channels.
4. Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers at a senior level.
5. Mentor and guide the sales team to enhance capability, performance, and motivation.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role.
• Strong management skills with the ability to lead and develop a team.
• Deep knowledge of the UK Asset Finance industry and relevant B2B funding markets.
• Commercially savvy, strategic, and results-oriented.
• UK-based experience in financial services/asset finance is essential.
• Only candidates with relevant in-country experience will be considered.

Additional Information

Salary ranges vary: from £70,000 to £85,000, with quarterly paid uncapped commissions and realistic targets for Year 1 earnings; or up to £60,000 plus monthly commissions; or up to £75,000 plus up to 25% quarterly uncapped commissions. Benefits include life, health, and other standard perks.
