K3484 – New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading provider of funding solutions to UK businesses in its search for a Head of Operations to collaborate with other members of the Asset Finance leadership team to drive business growth and achieve key objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and mentor regional Sales Support and Payouts teams.
• Develop a culture of operational efficiency to drive performance and ensure regulatory compliance is delivered.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience in a middle/senior management position within the Asset Finance industry (preferably Hard Assets).
• Proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
• Relevant IN-COUNTRY experience; without which, your application will NOT be considered.

Location: UK, Cheshire (Hybrid).
