K3473 – New Leaf Search has partnered with a multi-national asset finance company in its search for an Asset Finance Sales Director . This senior leadership role will work collaboratively with the Board and Senior Leadership Team to deliver the UK business’s multi-channel origination objectives across Direct, Vendor, and Broker channels. The ideal candidate will bring extensive field sales experience in a competitive new business environment, with a proven track record of shaping and executing origination strategies in both established and emerging B2B asset finance markets, across both hard and soft assets. This is a key strategic appointment, and the successful candidate will be instrumental not only in leading and motivating a high-performing sales team, but also in contributing at a senior level to the wider strategic direction and growth of the UK business. Key Requirements: Demonstrable experience in new business origination within asset finance. Strategic leadership and team management expertise. Proven ability to deliver growth across multi-channel sales models. Strong market knowledge across a range of asset classes. Excellent salary plus bonus and benefits.
