Overview
Our client is a well established financial services business who provide funding solutions to small businesses across the UK. They are growing significantly, and are looking for a number of customer development specialists to join their dynamic team in central Liverpool.
Responsibilities
- Make warm outbound calls to existing business customers to build and maintain lasting relationships and to identify new opportunities, which would be passed onto the field sales team.
- Promote the range of services and products offered by the business, building a pipeline of contacts and managing these contacts in terms of diarising call backs/keep in touch calls throughout the year.
Requirements / Skills
- Some work experience, ideally within a similar customer service or sales-related environment; however this is not essential.
- Excellent communication skills and good attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
This role is seen as a stepping stone into the financial services sector, and offers genuine career progression for ambitious individuals.
