Our client is a well-backed and growing lender specializing in Invoice Finance, ABL facilities, and Loans, typically in the £1-20m range.
THE ROLE
As a Client Manager, you will manage relationships and oversee risk management for a growing portfolio of Invoice Finance, ABL, and Loan clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering excellent customer service while maintaining up-to-date collateral documentation for each client.
- Supervising and potentially line managing Client Executives.
- Managing portfolio risk, including monthly reconciliation of clients\’ Accounts Receivable ledgers, updating reserves, and proactively using Risk Factors.
- Visiting clients, preparing visit notes, and following up on action points.
- Handling portfolio administration tasks such as updating Salesforce records, ensuring timely receipt of client accounts, covenant testing, and scheduling audits.
- Conducting regular client reviews, analyzing collateral and financial performance.
- Participating in projects as needed.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You are an existing Client Manager with experience in Asset-Based Lending facilities, seeking to advance your career.
You are currently working within the Invoice Finance or ABL market, in an independent financial services firm, challenger bank, or main bank lender.
You possess strong technical knowledge of the Invoice Finance and ABL industry, along with extensive experience in credit control and client relationship management.
Ideally, you are located between the Midlands and the M4 Corridor; however, other locations with occasional travel to London are considered.
