James George Recruitment is working closely with an established player in the Asset Finance sector that’s looking to add 2 Sales Support Coordinators to their team.
Your key duty will be to provide administrative support to the External Sales team and suppliers to facilitate deal approval and activation.
Main duties include:
- Entering proposals into the internal system
- Answering inbound calls proactively
- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers
- Communicating with customers to submit credit stories to funders
- Liaising with funders to submit and relay customer needs and history
- Negotiating rates with suppliers and funders
- Forwarding credit decisions to relevant parties
- Completing and processing necessary documentation
Candidate requirements:
- Experience in asset finance/leasing or banking is preferred, but we are open to candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong rapport-building and partnership skills
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Experience in managing existing business relationships
