The Opportunity

As our Enterprise Account Executive (UK), you’ll lead new business acquisition across the UK Enterprise market, building relationships with senior HR leaders and helping organisations transform how they hire and develop talent. This is a genuine new logo role with significant market opportunity and the chance to shape our UK growth strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Win New Enterprise Customers
  • Prospect and develop strategic enterprise accounts
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline
  • Own complex sales cycles from first meeting through to contract signature
  • Sell Strategically
  • Engage CHROs, Talent Directors, Procurement, IT and executive stakeholders
  • Lead discovery, executive presentations and business case development
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees and commercial negotiations
  • Represent AssessFirst
  • Build your market presence through networking, social selling and industry events
  • Develop relationships with partners and key influencers
  • Share customer insight to help shape our commercial strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Enterprise SaaS Sales Experience: A consistent track record of winning new enterprise logos within B2B SaaS. You are comfortable managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, engaging C-level decision-makers and navigating procurement, legal and executive buying committees. Minimum 3 years Enterprise Sales experience.
  • A Strategic Enterprise Seller: You know how to build and execute territory plans, develop account strategies and create momentum within large organisations. You are skilled at multi-threading opportunities, uncovering business challenges and positioning value with senior stakeholders.
  • A Builder’s Mindset: You’re energised by helping to build a market, creating opportunities and helping shape the commercial strategy of a scaling business. You don’t wait for opportunities - you create them.
  • Consultative & Commercial: You lead with curiosity rather than product. You build business cases, quantify value, challenge customer thinking and position solutions around measurable business outcomes. Experience using structured enterprise sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message or similar) would be expected.
  • A Visible Market Presence: You’re comfortable representing your business externally through executive meetings, networking, social selling, conferences and industry events. You understand that enterprise sales is about building credibility long before an opportunity exists.

Location & Language

You are based in the United Kingdom and have full right to work. Fluent English is essential.
