Hybrid Work Model

Key Requirements & Responsibilities
- Leverage all available marketing resources and advanced sales development tactics in order to generate highly qualified meetings from target accounts within relevant industries.
- Drive net new and expansion pipeline growth by scheduling qualified meetings.
- Identify and engage with ideal prospects from target accounts.
- Execute our GTM strategy through methodical and targeted messaging.
- Deliver tailored messaging for emails, social messages, engaging videos, and phone conversations.
- Optimize utilization of tech stack and internal resources.
- Follow prescribed workflows, processes, and ROEs.
- Complete daily outreach tasks efficiently and effectively across a variety of channels.
- Qualify and manage inbound lead flow for allocated accounts.
- Meet/Exceed monthly targets.
- Expand on knowledge and skills by absorbing best practices and staying current on Assent's product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive intel.
- Engage in onboarding, reinforcement, and advanced training as you move up through the BDR Level Program.
- Participate in weekly meetings and articulate market feedback.
- Follow guidance set out by corporate security policies and standards.
- Ensure departmental security processes and procedures are followed where applicable.

- Native German Speaker and fluency in English (verbal and written).
