Hybrid Work Pattern – Minimum 3 days in our Leamington Spa studio is expected every week.

We are looking for someone to join our hard-working QA team as a QA Tester for a 6 month FTC. This will give you a fantastic chance to work within an exciting and booming area of gaming and support the studio in ensuring the quality of our games in the post‑release environment. You will work closely and collaboratively with both the Producing and wider QA team as they continue to support an expanding portfolio of exciting VR titles across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting regular gameplay tests on our catalogue of released titles and also on our titles currently in development.
  • Providing detailed reports and maintaining an updated bug database.
  • Collaborating closely with the development team and community.
  • Performing post‑release checks and investigating community‑submitted reports.
  • Occasionally assisting the QA team with larger‑scale testing initiatives.

You will need to show a strong attention to detail and quality in regards to accuracy of reports, using the JIRA database with good time management skills to ensure they are completed on time and to the highest standard to help the colleagues you are working with. This role gives you the chance to play an integral part in ensuring our titles deliver the best experience to our players after release.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Proven and sustained experience in a QA role.
  • A passion for video games!
  • Fast learner who takes pride in mastering tools and processes.
  • Ability to play VR games and/or experiences.
  • Ability to thoroughly investigate, document and follow up on various issues; ability to write documentation clearly and efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Good attention to detail and pattern recognition.
