Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy that aligns with short and long-term business/client goals and drives organic growth. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on performance and strategy effectiveness.
- Technical SEO: Oversee the implementation of technical SEO strategies, including conducting regular website audits to identify and rectify technical issues, and ensuring website optimization.
- Manage and mentor the SEO team, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles. Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, using data to generate insights and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Manage the SEO budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Establish best practices and guidelines for content creation, ensuring that it meets SEO standards (e.g., keyword usage, meta tags, headings). Perform regular content audits to identify underperforming content and recommend updates or improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and others for analysis and reporting.
