As our SuccessFactors Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the transformation of the HR Technology team. The primary responsibility will be in supporting SuccessFactors and being a part of the future enhancements to gain the most from SuccessFactors. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work with internal stakeholders to provide effective delivery of projects to include systems process mapping, testing, updating documentation, user guides, and training.
You would also:
- Provide expertise in LMS, Foundation Objects, Workflows, RBP, Business Rules, Picklist management, Data Models, Position Management, and Ad Hoc reports.
- Deliver relevant subject matter clarifications for Client Business Users including the potential implications of functional and technical recommendations.
- Assist with the bi-annual system upgrades, reviewing what's new, identifying changes, regression testing, and promoting opportunities for system enhancements.
- Understand the full HR systems infrastructure to ensure data management is secure and compliant with data protection policies.
- Train superusers on specific processes and applications and assist in the development of training materials.
The skills and experience you need:
- Configured and implemented SuccessFactors including Talent.
- The ability to quickly analyze and resolve system errors, exceptions, and performance issues, minimizing downtime and enhancing user experience.
- Job Profile Builder Integration Experience (desirable).
- Knowledge about integration with other SF modules and different platforms as well as 3rd party applications.
- Configured and implemented SuccessFactors Onboarding (2.0) solutions with significant commercial experience of SuccessFactors.
