What you’ll be doing
In this role, you'll take full ownership of assembly and machining activities within our Operations areas, helping to elevate performance, drive growth, and deliver excellence every day. You'll be at the centre of operational improvement and team development, shaping how we work today and into the future.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, empower and develop your team to achieve great things
- Support the creation and rollout of manufacturing policies and procedures
- Track, analyse and improve key operational KPIs
- Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives that streamline and enhance production
- Grow and develop operational teams through training and upskilling
- Take the lead on operational projects, ensuring successful delivery
- Work collaboratively with Planning to optimise production performance
- Communicate concerns, solutions and progress clearly to stakeholders
- Support other areas when needed, teamwork is what we’re all about!
What you’ll bring

- A qualification in Lean or TPM (desirable but not essential)
