We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Talent Development to lead our talent and learning agenda across EMEIA. In this role, you’ll shape meaningful development experiences, strengthen our leadership capability, and build future-ready talent pipelines. You’ll also oversee our partnership with our recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) provider, ensuring a high-quality, efficient hiring experience.
What you’ll do:
- Design, deliver and embed engaging talent and learning programmes with impact.
- Coordinate graduate and early-career initiatives, covering recruitment, onboarding, and continued development.
- Administer our Talent Management Process, maintaining profiles, gathering insights, and supporting with data analysis.
- Serve as the divisional contact for our RPO model - driving engagement, resolving escalations, tracking utilisation, and improving efficiency.
- Oversee the nomination and selection process for divisional and group-wide leadership development programmes.
- Support managers and HR teams with succession planning and development frameworks, offering expert guidance.
- Maintain and enhance our learning platforms, ensuring content is current, relevant, and easily accessible.
- Build and manage relationships with external training partners, including scheduling, contracting, and invoicing.
- Monitor participation and completion rates, producing clear, actionable dashboards and reports.
- Manage budgets for talent initiatives, ensuring effective and responsible use of resources.
- Champion continuous improvement, driving efficiency and best practice across all talent activities.
- Support the EMEIA HR function with ad hoc projects as required.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field (CIPD or equivalent preferred).
- Strong experience in HR operations or talent management within a complex organisation.
- Confidence navigating HR systems, processes, and data.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with ease.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted, long-lasting stakeholder relationships.
- A process-driven, detail-focused approach and comfort working at pace.
- A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
