As our Customer Support Administrator, you would have the opportunity to be part of a team looking to provide the very best support to our customers. Reporting to the Service Administrator you would be responsible for organizing engineer daily schedules, renewing support agreements and invoicing customers for works carried out.
You would also:
- Provide professional customer support by managing enquiries, processing orders, resolving issues and maintaining accurate customer documentation.
- Deliver day to day commercial and administrative support, including pricing, quotations, tenders and assisting with project coordination.
- Track key KPIs, prepare reports and presentations, and ensure compliance with internal procedures and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, logistics and operations teams to achieve commercial objectives and contribute to data driven decision making.
- Support internal processes such as onboarding, team assistance, health & safety responsibilities and promoting an inclusive, values led culture.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or commercial support roles.
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Desirable experience supporting a Commercial Manager or sales leadership team, plus exposure to project management.
- Some knowledge or interest in contracts, pricing structures and tender processes.
