b Overview /b p As VP Head of Finance EMEIA, you lead the regional finance function to drive performance, stewardship and value creation. You will partner with the SVP CFO to inform decision-making and accelerate reporting modernisation, analytics and AI-enabled support. You shape a high-performing finance team, ensure strong controls and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance management. This role offers strategic impact across acquisitions, transformations and cross-region collaboration. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Build and lead a high-performing finance team /li li Oversee reporting, budgeting, forecasting, planning and performance management /li li Drive cash generation, working capital optimisation and profitable growth /li li Provide analysis of performance, risks and opportunities; challenge investments and resource allocation /li li Support strategic initiatives, acquisitions and transformation programmes /li li Maintain controls, governance, statutory compliance and audit activities /li li Drive finance transformation, automation, analytics and AI-enabled capabilities /li li Sponsor intelligent automation and process improvements /li li Enhance management reporting, data quality and business insight /li li Build relationships with CFOs, segment finance teams and leadership; prepare Board/Executive materials /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Professionally qualified accountant with Chartered status preferred /li li Strong financial leadership, commercial judgement and business acumen /li li Broad competency across finance, controls, tax, legal and compliance /li li Experience with working capital, cost efficiency and performance management /li li Experience with ERP, BI and modern reporting platforms /li li M A due diligence, integration and governance experience /li li Senior finance leadership in complex, multi-site environments /li li Understanding of Group and international accounting principles, governance and compliance /li li Ability to lead and align matrix teams across a complex organisation /li /ul ul li Excellent communication and influencing skills /li li Solutions-oriented and pragmatic /li li Highly analytical with commercial pragmatism /li li ERP systems /li li BI and modern reporting platforms /li li Analytics and automation /li /ul
