What you would do as our Service Engineer:
- Reporting to the CCTV & Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for the maintenance and installation of the whole portfolio of our products.
- You will be representing the company in front of the customers and bring your expertise in the field of CCTV and access control.
- Installation of our CCTV, Wireless Fire Alarm, and Access Control systems.
- Basic trouble shooting, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.
- Completion of preventative maintenance such as health checks.
- Managing own van stock and maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.
- Commissioning of installations to include Walk Tests of CCTV systems and Technical sign offs with Technical Support.
The skills and experience you need:
- Access Control, CCTV, and fire and security knowledge.
- Green CSCS card and valid driver's licence.
- Network cable knowledge.
- IP CCTV knowledge is a nice to have.
- Experience of engaging with customers in a pressured environment is preferable.
