- Building, qualifying, and managing a robust sales pipeline using multiple lead-generation channels (including prospecting, networking, referrals, and Glenigan), while maintaining accurate CRM data, sales forecasting, and pipeline visibility.
- Developing and executing strategic regional sales plans to drive revenue growth, improve product penetration, and maximise conversion rates, order values, and overall sales performance.
- Building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers at site level, collaborating closely with the Key Account Management team to support and expand key accounts throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Tracking and reporting on sales performance metrics, working cross-functionally to ensure effective local support, and contributing to high customer satisfaction and loyalty, supporting a strong Net Promoter Score (NPS).
The skills and experience you need:
- Has a proven track record of experience in B2B sales within the construction or a related sector, consistently achieving and driving sales growth against targets.
- Has strong capability to develop and execute effective sales strategies in competitive markets, with a clear focus on performance and results.

- Continuous learning and career development opportunities to help you reach your full potential.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including life assurance, wellbeing support and a salary sacrifice pension scheme.
- 24 days leave, increasing with length of service.
