What you would do as our Service Engineer:

Reporting to the CCTV & Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for the maintenance and installation of the whole portfolio of our products. You will be representing the company in front of the customers and bring your expertise in the field of CCTV and access control.

You would also be responsible for:

  • Installation of our CCTV, Wireless Fire Alarm, and Access Control systems.
  • Basic trouble shooting, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.
  • Completion of preventative maintenance such as health checks.
  • Managing own van stock and maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.
  • Commissioning of installations to include Walk Tests of CCTV systems and Technical sign offs with Technical Support.

The skills and experience you need:

  • Access Control, CCTV, and fire and security knowledge.
  • Green CSCS card and valid driver's licence.
  • Network cable knowledge.
  • IP CCTV knowledge is a nice to have.
  • Experience of engaging with customers in a pressured environment is preferable.
