As our Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of commercial Sales budgets and the growth of profitable sales across the range of products for the Door Hardware Group markets in line with the Business plan KPIs. A key part of the role will be to support in the planning process and presentation of periodic management presentations to the Senior Exec team to help demonstrate the team's current performance and future directions.
You would also:
- Be pro-active by collaborating a specification approach for the door hardware portfolio, helping to develop a strong pipeline of projects with the major distributors and the Specification team.
- Implement Sales strategies to support the company operational and financial objectives.
- Work alongside peers in developing key market opportunities for Security, safety & architectural hardware products.
- Take responsibility for the strategic business direction of the category sales within our designated region.
- Have an awareness and involvement in all areas of the business but with particular emphasis on the Sales function.
