b Overview /b p In this role you will drive the technical delivery of steel and specialist door projects from post-order to manufacture and completion. You will translate architectural drawings and specs into production-ready information, coordinating with customers, contractors and internal teams to ensure accuracy, compliance and on-time delivery. You will support CNC data, manufacturing packs, and project milestones within a collaborative, manufacturing-focused environment. This is a key role within ASSA ABLOY’s Door Segment, offering exposure to CAD/CAM, CNC production and cross-functional project delivery. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Interpret architectural drawings, door schedules and technical specs for steel and timber doors and related products /li li Review project/tender information to identify missing or unclear requirements and raise RFIs /li li Prepare manufacturing packs including drawings, BOMs, hardware schedules, production notes and CAD/CAM data /li li Support CNC programming by preparing and converting CAD/CAM data and manufacturing information /li li Collaborate with Production to resolve manufacturing queries and improve machining efficiency /li li Communicate technical requirements or changes impacting manufacture, delivery or installation and flag risks /li li Support project timelines, milestones and customer approval processes /li li Liaise with Main Contractors, Architects, Sub-Contractors and stakeholders /li li Assist with project completion documentation (As-Built drawings, certification, hardware info, O M) /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Previous experience in engineering, manufacturing, doors, construction products or similar technical environment /li li Experience using CAD/CAM software and interpreting engineering/architectural drawings and technical specs /li li Knowledge of manufacturing processes, especially doors, sheet metal or steel fabrication /li li Strong technical problem-solving, organizational skills and attention to detail /li li Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities /li li Confident communication and stakeholder relationship skills /li /ul ul li Strong communication /li li Organizational skills /li li Attention to detail /li li CAD/CAM software /li li Reading engineering and architectural drawings /li li BOM preparation /li /ul
