What You'll Be Doing
As a Production Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products are manufactured to the highest standards and delivered to meet customer requirements.
Your Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery & Quality Check Products
- Run a variety of manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Carry out visual, dimensional and physical quality inspections
- Ensure products consistently meet customer specifications
- Support Production & Packing Operations
- Work across extrusion lines and production processes
- Pack finished goods accurately and efficiently
- Help maintain stock levels of high-demand products
- Maintain a Safe Working Environment
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures
- Keep work areas clean, organised and hazard-free
- Dispose of waste in line with company policies
- Care for Equipment & Report Issues
- Use machinery responsibly and safely
- Report faults or maintenance concerns promptly
- Help minimise downtime and ensure smooth operations
