As our Commissioning and Installation Engineer within ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions, you will be responsible for installing, testing, and validating equipment and systems on-site, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently in line with specifications. Reporting to the Project Resource Manager, you will manage installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, documentation, client liaison, and safety compliance. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions while ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
You would also:
- Plan and prepare installations, including reviewing project details, coordinating logistics, and attending client pre-start meetings.
- Carry out installation, commissioning, system configuration, and on-site testing of equipment.
- Monitor project progress through reporting, troubleshooting, and effective coordination with site teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards, maintain site efficiency, and deliver high-quality project handovers.
- Manage administration, stock control, documentation, and support additional requirements such as surveys and resource planning.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in installation, commissioning, or project-based engineering roles.
- Understanding of project coordination processes and related administration.
