ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems Ireland is a growing subsidiary based in Dublin, supporting the Irish market with installation, service, and maintenance of automatic door solutions. Due to continued expansion, we are now looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our team.
As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining warehouse operations, ensuring equipment and spare parts are handled efficiently to support our field engineers and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Load and offload equipment, including scheduling transport
- Receive and book stock into the system accurately
- Store goods in correct warehouse locations
- Prepare and dispatch parts for engineers
- Monitor and maintain stock levels, especially fast-moving items
- Raise purchase orders with internal and third-party suppliers
- Conduct regular stock checks and inventory control
- Ensure engineers hold correct stock levels at all times
- Manage recycling or disposal of parts where necessary
We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Essential:- Forklift truck licence and experience
